The TeachMonk website ("Website") and related services (together with the Website, the "Service") are operated by TeachMonk ("TeachMonk", "us" or "we"). Access and use of the Service is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any future modifications. TeachMonk may amend, update or change these Terms and Conditions. If we do this, we will indicate at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions the date these terms were last revised. Description of Website and Service

The Service allows users to learn online, how to teach kids at home. Users interested in learning or practicing are presented with different types of educational activities. TeachMonk may, in its sole discretion and at any time, update, change, suspend, make improvements to or discontinue any aspect of the Service, temporarily or permanently.

Registration

In connection with registering for and using the Service, you agree (i) to provide accurate, current and complete information about you and/or your organization as requested by TeachMonk; (ii) to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account; (iii) to maintain and promptly update any registration information you provide to TeachMonk while registering or during your usage of TeachMonk’s services, to keep such information accurate, current and complete; (iv) to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account; and (v) you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls and/or SMS/email notifications, in case of any updates.

Your Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant to Teachmonk that your access and use of the Service will be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of Constitution of India and any other relevant jurisdiction, including those regarding online conduct or acceptable content, and those regarding the transmission of data or information exported from India and/or the jurisdiction in which you reside. You further represent and warrant that you have created or own any material you submit to TeachMonk and that you have the right to grant us a license to use that material.

Acceptable Use Policy

TeachMonk provides a platform to understand preschool teaching at home. To keep TeachMonk running smoothly for all of our Users, you agree that you will use the Service only in a manner consistent with the following Acceptable Use Policy.

You agree not to post User Content that:

  • is sexually explicit or pornographic;
  • creates a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal;

  • contains any information or content we deem to be hateful, violent, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable;
  • contains any information or content that is illegal (including, without limitation, the disclosure of insider information under securities law or of another party's trade secrets);
  • infringes any third party's Intellectual Property Rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other personal or proprietary rights;
  • contains any information or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; or
  • is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Use, display, mirror or frame the Service, any individual element within the Service, the TeachMonk name, trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page, without our express written consent;
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any TeachMonk system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
  • Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by TeachMonk or any of our providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Services or TeachMonk Content;
  • Attempt to access or search the Services, User Content or TeachMonk Content or scrape or download User Content or TeachMonk Content from the Services, or otherwise use, upload content to, or create new links, re-posts, or referrals in the Service through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including automated scripts, spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by TeachMonk or other generally available third party web browsers;
  • Send any unsolicited or unauthorized spam and spam comments on posts, advertising messages, promotional materials, email, junk mail, chain letters or other form of solicitation;
  • Use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a TeachMonk or TeachMonk trademark, logo, URL, or product name without TeachMonk’s express written consent;
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose or the benefit of any third party, except as otherwise explicitly permitted for you by TeachMonk or in any manner not permitted by the Terms;
  • Use TeachMonk user information to forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;
  • Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Services;
  • Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Services;
  • Collect or store any personally identifiable information from the Services from other users of the Services without their express permission;
  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Request, collect or store username, password, token or any other account authentication information from other users; or
  • Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the activities prohibited in this Acceptable Use Policy.

TeachMonk reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove any User Content for any reason or for no reason, including User Content that TeachMonk believes violates this Acceptable Use Policy or its Terms of Service. TeachMonk may also permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend a User account without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in TeachMonk sole determination, a User violates any provision of this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, or for no reason.

Indemnification of TeachMonk

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TeachMonk and its proprietor, directors, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors and assigns, from and against any and all losses, claims, causes of action, obligations, liabilities and damages whatsoever, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Service, any false representation made to us (as part of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise), your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any claim that any service we provide to you is inaccurate, inappropriate or defective in any way whatsoever.

No Representations or Warranties

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, TeachMonk does not make any representation or warranty of any kind relating to accuracy, service availability, completeness, informational content, error-free operation, results to be obtained from use, or non-infringement. Access and use of the service may be unavailable during periods of peak demand, system upgrades, malfunctions or scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or for other reasons. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on TeachMonk’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TeachMonk does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Limitation on types of Damages/Limitation of Liability

TeachMonk’s liability to you or any third party claiming through you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to TeachMonk for the service in the 2 months prior to the initial action giving rise to liability. This is an aggregate limit. The existence of more than one claim hereunder will not increase this limit.

Termination

TeachMonk may terminate your access and use of the Service immediately at any time, for any reason, and at such time you will have no further right to use the Service. You may terminate your TeachMonk account at any time by following the instructions available through the Service. " TeachMonk" and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Service are trademarks or service marks of TeachMonk or their respective owners. Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between TeachMonk and you concerning the subject matter hereof. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

At TeachMonk, our core belief has always been in serving our customers with the best possible product. As a team we work towards this and are very open for any feedback that helps us serve our users better. Being said that, to avoid discrepancies in any case, we have created a liberal policy for cancellation and refund.

Users can evaluate the Services through the free trial chapters provided on the Website. Once a program is ordered, cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

You may use the link in your profile settings to cancel your subscription within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Within 24 hours of placing the order the customer can request for a cancellation and refund of money using the option in their profile settings.
